At QUISPE, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible service. We carefully monitor your order from purchase to delivery, keeping you informed about any unforeseen delays.
SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Peru.

Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price. Shipping will be calculated automatically and added to your order during checkout.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
We require 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) to process and ship your order. During sales periods or high-demand seasons, this process may take longer. - Transit Times: (Estimated times are for reference only and are not binding)
Standard shipping: Arrives between 3 to 4 weeks from the shipping date.
Express shipping: Arrives between 3 to 4 business days from the shipping date.
- Pre-order: All pre-order items will include a detailed note with the estimated shipping time depending on the product.
- For our customers in the Lima area, we can offer a same-day delivery service. For more information about this optional service, contact us at info@quispe.com.pe.
Important Information About International Shipping:
International shipments may be subject to additional fees, such as taxes, customs duties, and import charges, according to each country's regulations. QUISPE cannot predict these costs. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or courier service for information on potential additional charges.
If an order is rejected due to unexpected customs fees, QUISPE reserves the right to deduct shipping and return costs, as well as any additional fees incurred.
If a product in your order is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the following options:

Remove the item and proceed with the rest of the order.

Modify the order based on availability.

Cancel the order and receive a full refund within 15 business days.
Delivery Attempts:
The courier will attempt to deliver your order twice. If delivery is not completed after both attempts, the order will be returned to QUISPE. In this case, QUISPE reserves the right to deduct return and administrative costs from the refund.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours so we can coordinate a solution with the courier service.
QUISPE is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs processes in the destination country.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Issues caused by courier mishandling or lost international shipments.

Exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the final amount charged by your bank.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products supplied by QUISPE comply with the warranties required by current legislation and by us. If you purchased an item from our website and wish to return it, please contact us. We will guide you through our return process.
Return Requirements:

Contact us within 7 business days after receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with intact tags.

Keep the proof of purchase issued by QUISPE.

Use a tracked shipping service to ensure the return is received.
Any item that does not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Costs:

If you return a product for personal reasons, you will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a QUISPE error or a defective product, we will cover the return costs.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and confirm whether a refund is applicable.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued within 30 business days via the original payment method.
Alternatively, customers may choose a store credit valid for 2 months.
Non-Returnable Products:

Products that have been used, damaged, washed, or do not have their original packaging and tags.

Products purchased in the sale section (all sales are final).
Right of Withdrawal:
You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, as long as the products are in their original, unused condition.
Items that are damaged, worn, or not in resale condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Defective Products:
If a product arrives defective or has a manufacturing fault within six months, you have the right to a refund or exchange.

If possible, we will attempt to repair the product.

If repair is not feasible or the same product is unavailable, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return:

Refund Processing:

Refunds for returned products will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days after receiving the package.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Duties, taxes, and other additional charges are non-refundable.
QUISPE Quality Guarantee:
If any product you receive is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please notify us immediately by sending:

A brief description of the issue.

A photo of the defective item.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, following the return policy above. Late requests may not be accepted. We recommend that you keep your purchase confirmation email.
